Your missing an image section, gimp would be good for Photoshop like software, inkscape for vectors like illustrator, and paint.net for graphics these tools are nearly as powerful as CS4 from Adobe. I am making a list just for image software at my site http://sitetru.com

I’m shocked you guys mentioned CMS packages like Xoops and PHP-Nuke, but not better-supported ones like WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla!. All are licensed under the GPL and can be used for free on a wide variety of projects, from Your Mom’s Blog to large business sites.
